Great food, great service, The Ambiance was elegant! Cool retro TV as well! I really enjoyed the mile high cream pie. Bingo Smith and the boys LOVE Ted's Bulletin!!!
The service was eh, our server (who we later find out is doubling as the bartender) took FOREVER to get to us. By the time he brought out the water our group already had drinks and food picked out and ready to go. He was more or so attentive but the real kicker is that he forgot about us in the end. We were waiting for the check for 20 almost half an hour. We finally had to flag someone else down and he apologized and brought us our check. He was the one that told us our waiter forgot and was bartending right now. I blame ma... read more
my meet up group and I used to frequent the Blackfinn restaurant until they closed up almost 2 years ago. We were trying to find a new place that was within walking distance from Dunn Loring. The organizer settled on Ted's Bulletin. I think their food is very good, the wait staff is very good. Our attendees varies, this past Sat there were 6 of us, last month there were 15. My gripe with the restaurant is the length of time it takes for them to seat us. They take no reservations. The organizer called ahead that we were... read more
Came here with my family for a Mother's Day brunch. Everything was fantastic. Service, food, atmosphere. No complaints.
Run don't walk to this great restaurant. We had recent trip to DC. Great ambiance. Food was beautiful and delicious! Our server Kya. Well let's just say... Wonderful. Energetic. Positive and shines bright!! Absolutely would go again. Epic!!
Ted's is a no-miss option for an All-American breakfast. Everything is fresh and hearty, especially the tarts. You can't go wrong with any menu item - breakfast or lunch - but be sure to try the cheese grits for good measure. The service can be off sometimes, mostly because of how busy they always are. Be direct with your orders and give some grace - it gets really hectic. Parking is ample in the garage and the area is great. My only knock is the lack of upkeep in the bathrooms. Otherwise, a great go-to when you want som... read more
Came with a couple friends on Black Friday. We started out with the deviled eggs, which I found to be too creamy with way too much filling, and crab dip, which was a hit! The chicken piccata was alright but other locations have cooked it better. The chicken sandwich was delicious but super heavy, but I really enjoyed the steak frites. Service was pretty lacking- our waitress forgot to bring us plates and utensils, and I was left waiting for almost ten minutes before she came around again and I could ask for silverware to eat... read more
I normally love Ted's bulletin, while we were shopping we decided to check out this location. First impression: the exterior does not match the interior and looks very dated. When we sat down the area smelt like urine, when we got our water it tasted very much like how water from a moldy bathtub would taste. The service was decent, the hostess seemed pretty unhappy, but our waiter was great just absent quite a bit. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were disgusting.
Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning and this place was super busy. I got the breakfast sandwich and I enjoyed it even though they got my order wrong but they remade it so it was cool. I loved the cinnamon roll it was delicious and the icing was like a cream cheese icing and it complimented the dessert very well. It's only served on Sundays in limited quantities from what the server told me and it sells out fast. Over all I enjoyed the food and service and I would definitely come back.
