Recently had some credit issues that my wife and I were working on and had turned down at other places. Had a really bad experience at a dealership and they were super rude. Then we contacted Ben Fields... a sales guy at Tempe Dodge or Kia. Really accommodating and showed what customer service should be!!! Easy scheduling and confidence with the work performed. A little disappointed that they didn't courtesy car wash my vehicle and said it was because my truck was too big?!?! Never heard that before and vehicle is still stock.
Excellent service performed in a timely fashion at a fair price. Tempe Dodge does that each and every time I have my 2008 Chrysler 300T in for service.
