I’ve been going to tenacity performance since 2018. Paul is a very knowledgeable and informed trainer. He’s actually the best I’ve ever experienced; and I don’t say that lightly. When I started with tenacity I was weighing in at around 350 lbs or so; I’m now down to about 320 lbs or so; with Paul’s help and some tweaking with my doctor; I can honestly say my life has changed. Not to mention Paul is a great guy, and we have fun which makes it even better.

Paul is the greatest fitness trainer. I had back issues and always said I could never workout because of my back issues! Since I’ve been working out with Paul no back issues at all! He custom plans each client accordingly so they reach their full Potential! I feel great and in the best shape ever!

Thanks Paul...even through the pandemic you have been able, through the at-home workouts, keep us on the road to better health!! In addition, the workouts have helped stabilize our mental health given the present craziness.

Coach Paul works exceptionally well with people and his knowledge of physiology and fitness is all but unmatched. He takes the time to assess my current condition and continually updates and redesigns my sessions based on my fitness level, injuries or other health issues. The expertise and guidance he provides through strength training sessions have been amazing. His tenacity keeps me focused and committed. We are having a weight loss challenge at work. I chose to go to Tenacity Training to help me meet this challenge. We just had our one month check in. The goal for this weigh in is 2% loss, or in my case 5 lbs. I lost 8.2 lbs or 3.27%. I understand that is I that is putting the work, but I honestly could not have done this without the workouts Coach Paul puts me through. Thank you.
