At the beginning understanding the means and the work going into getting a house was stressful and overwhelming. When I finally made the decision I knew that my battle jeff Richard could help. It took a minute to find the house that we truly could grow in, but once we found it we were on our way. Mrs. Tena stayed with me throughout the entire process. She gave me encouraging words when I felt like things was not going to work out for me. I feel like her and everyone in their office went over and beyond to make sure me and my family found a home. I felt like they were not just trying to do their job, but more that they genuinely cared. They are very God fearing people and she kept me focused on Gods promise. I walked in PRMI June 2019 totally clueless and not really wanting to take that big step, but they made the lending process so easy. I was never made to feel as if we weren't qualified or that it wouldn't happen. They knew everything that needed to be done and made it happen for us. Im so grateful that she didn't give up on us. Here we are new homeowners with a newly built home that fit our budget perfectly. Thank you once again for everything.
