The staff was very personable and cordial. Not once did i call and they didn't answer or call back immediately. They made the process very easy and helped me every step of the way. I've heard some horror stories from first time home buyers, but these ladies made this process a dream come true! I had a deadline to be out of my old residence and they made it possible weeks early!
