Dr. TenBrook and Team as well as the other orthodontists are skilled and offer a different way to do braces. My daughter’s teeth are already moving and she will be out of the braces in less than a year! The technology Dr TenBrook developed is so different. Round brackets, and a wire that is rounder arc and is heat activated. We are so pleased and her mouth is not uncomfortable. Such nice people too. They make you feel special. Highly recommend.

You will only see the dr once or twice during treatment. Everything is done by technicians. My first child they did a relatively good job. My second child there is constant high staff turnover, the office staff became rude and in knowledgeable ( constant turnover). Billing department constantly said they were trying to reach me, yet I never received their calls. Difficult to schedule appointments for people that work during the day. There are no evening appointments.
If you are considering Tenbrook Orthodontics, please take this warning and GO ELSEWHERE!
Dr Tenbrook changed an agreed upon treatment plan without consulting me or ever examining my son. His orthodontic equipment was to be installed today, and when my son showed some anxiety (this is an office that treats many children, they should be equipped to handle it) he insisted we return in 6 months, without every meeting us or looking at the patient. (the assistants relayed this information) If we push back 6 months, our insurance will lapse before treatment is concluded.
