I called to schedule a routine cleaning and was told there was no availability for three weeks. I had no issue scheduling later in the month. Whilst scheduling the appointment, I looked online. There were no less than 40 appointments available over the next 14 days. The scheduler stated none of these appointments were available to me and only new patients could book these appointments.
