This gym is hands down the best gym I’ve been to. Everyone is super welcoming and encourages you to be the best you can be. The other members are courteous and some have even helped me with my technique when I was trying out a new exercise. The faculties are well kept and clean. While the space may not be as big as other commercialized gyms, the equipment and weights available are suitable to anyone and everyone who comes. Most amazing functional gym I have ever trained at! They have awesome equipment for weight training. It's a clean and friendly environment. I take the classes they offer love them all. Awesome people, trainers and coaches. Very motivating. Come check it out. 24 hour access allows you to train or hit some cardio anytime.

I love working out at this gym. It set up in a way that is very functional and focuses on a no-nonsense approach. The people who work out here are friendly and it is never crowded. Never have to wait for a machine. Equipment is top-notch and well thought out. Everything has its place and a reason for it. The owner is super helpful and friendly. Definitely, recommend this to anybody who wants a great place to work out.

Teqneeq Health Training Center is the best gym in San Diego. Hands down. I've been a member of various gyms in San Diego for 16+ years and have never found a gym like this anywhere else. The environment is warm and welcoming to all people of all ages and fitness levels. I am very pleased to have joined. It is super clean, ton of different equipment to choose from, not over crowded and packed and the equipment is always working. I have a membership at Crunch and 24hr and I'm always having to wait and deal with the over crowding. I think this is my primary gym moving forward. Couldn't be happier here.
