By far, the most innovative, complete and functional health training center on the west coast if not anywhere. If you haven't stopped by to see this brand new design, and you do any sort of indoor fitness or athletic training, you are doing yourself a grave injustice. I love working out and training at Teqneeq! The gym is incredibly spacious, has well maintained state of the art equipment and plenty of it, so you never have to wait to use any equipment. The gym is clean and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's my favorite gym ever!
This place has it all. Huge building with so many different things to do. Been a member for a little over a week and so happy I made the switch. Equipment is top notch, super clean gym and locker rooms, and the complimentary classes are just the thing I need to refresh my workout when I feel the need for something new!
If your idea of a good gym experience includes a bunch of sales reps wearing tight T-shirts siting at desks and talking on phones...or a different bunch of sales reps turned fitness gurus teaching new members the fine art of using Nautilus equipment while bumping you from your machine and interrupting your workout...or locker rooms that smell like locker rooms....or more equipment that is "Out Of Order" than in order...or overpopulated workout and equipment stations...then Teqneeq is NOT for you. This fitness center has been designed so perfectly! It's mind blowing! 24 hour access at all times is granted. Physical trainers and equipment specialists are available to optimize your exercise techniques and help you achieve your fitness goals. I've been to many other fitness centers, and none can compare. In my opinion, Teqneeq is truly 'fitness done right,' and I highly recommend it!
I truly appreciate that Teqneeq has opened up because there is nothing else like it and it's everything I could want to see real results. After sifting through other facilities in San Diego, I finally found a place where I feel happy, comfortable, and energized. I've only ever met mature and friendly members. You don't feel rushed with your workout because of crowds or limited hours. There's so much equipment, I'm doing something different all the time. It's much more intuitive and enjoyable.
Teqneeq Health Training Center is the best in San Diego, most likely the nation! It's super clean, and the training equipment is top of the line. I love this training center so much, and recommend it to individuals who want to reach their training goals!
Teqneeq has been part of my everyday life for a while now. It's gone through a few renovations but one thing stays consistent, the great people and facility. I can always count on having top of the line equipment, trainers and serious club members. Everyone at this gym is there with a mission and are very friendly. You never see people hogging the equipment, chatting in huge groups while taking up floor space or inconsiderate of the equipment. If you enjoy working out I recommend you check out Teqneeq
This is probably one of the best, well run, clean gyms I've been to. This isn't your typical 24hour or Anytime fitness. The machines are great, the cardio equipment is some of the best I've used. Lots of area for weight training, clean locker rooms and The customer service is top notch. What more can you ask for in a gym? As long as Tegneeq is around it will be my number one gym.
