Awesome place with a good combination of traditional weights, machines, cardio equipment and functional fitness equipment. Never crowded with a great flow.
This is a great place to work out and it has just about every piece of equipment you could think of and more. The members are all pretty friendly and after being there for a few months now I can definitely say I am very happy with it.
Teqneeq is the best! Friendly knowledgeable staff who is always there to help. The facility is immaculately clean with some of the best equipment in the industry. What's more, the members are very friendly always there with a hello, a smile and zero ego. I recommend Teqneeq to anyone looking to get or stay in shape in the best environment around.
I've been to a lot of gyms over the years, and this bar far is my favorite. The ability to go when I want, 24 hours a day & 7 days a week, is priceless. It has the perfect mix of equipment between: cardio, free weights, and isolated strength machines, a room for boxing and cycling, one for stretching, one for classes, etc... I have been working out consistently since 1991. I have lifted all over the world in hotel gyms, chain gyms, old school gyms, muscle beach etc. This place is, hands down, the best gym I have ever trained in. I'm there in the mornings and it's never crowded. I'm actually reluctant to make this post because I don't want it to get crowded, but I also want them to do well so they stay around forever. Do NOT I repeat do NOT under any circumstances go to this gym or sign up. I’ve been laid off, just joined month ago, no courtesy call asking how experience is or checking from a customer service stand point. Instead an email suspending membership today and when tried to explain situation today and how could pay Monday basically a generic email back about not willing to accommodate.
