It had been more than 2 months since we ate there last and that experience was not very good, a new manager had just been hired and I didn't think we would ever go back. Our recent experience was a very pleasant experience. The new manager (not new anymore) has made a significant impact with the staff, the service, and the quality of the meal. Great food and menu. They are flexible to substitute an item to accommodate diets. Alan is a super waiter!
The food was delicious, the steaks were cooked perfectly, all our side were outstanding!! And the service was impeccable. The manager joe is definitely doing his job.
This is becoming one of our favorite local restaurants. The quality of the food, the flavors, and the service are all excellent and remain consistent. I have tried steak, seafood, pork and veal and have enjoyed each dish. We look forward to our next evening at Theresa's Prime.
Food, service, perfect!
For the price we paid for our meals, they were just average. I did not eat my stuffed shrimp , they did not taste good. I told the server, but no one did anything about it, no apology, no comp. My Filet Mignon was not very tasty. My husband had a seafood plate which he thought was just average. We were there about a year ago and the food was much better. Will not return.
Always a great meal and super service. Alan was our waiter and he was awesome!
Always consistent food quality, excellent and attentive wait staff. Alan is one of our favorites. The moment you walk in the front door you feel very special.
