I usually don’t write a review, but hope this helps improve customer service in the office, my original loan officer was Luke, he was awful, he literally just didn’t have time for us and gave the file to Teri, she called I think once, I asked her to please call me when she needed something, but never did, the loan took over 3 months to get done, and they had to run our credit twice, and ask for updated paperwork due to their procrastination. Not happy at all.
