Terra Terroir has been our favorite for years. Their current remodeling adds a cozy ambience. We began sharing buratta which was creamy and lovely on toast with tomatoes that were not bad, but they were January tomatoes! I enjoyed their seared Antarctic Salmon plated with Basmati rice-lentils mix with a fabulous lemongrass sauce and Shanghai bok choy. My partner had their special Atlantic Salmon pasta. The chef plates and presents the food beautifully. We always enjoy the festival of sences Terra Terroir offers.
Outdoor patio is the best! We love the menu, but the prime rib special (which we shared) was disappointing -- the meat was nicely medium rare as requested and plenty of food for two, but it was tough. Also the crispy squid small plate is $14 and a very small portion, like about 15 pieces of calamari rather than the heaping plate most other restaurants would give you for that price. The patio was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The salmon was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. This restaurant is a true hidden gem.
Fun. Fresh. The decor is a bit outdated though. Tuscan look should be changed soon to keep with the style upcoming (which unfortunately 1980’s decor is returning). :)

Terra Terroir is always a wonderful place to eat. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was great. The service as always was good. A new trainee was our server and she was very sweet and caring. We chose this restaurant for our gathering due to the atmosphere, the service and the food.
The food at Terra Terroir is always great. Our server was outstanding and the bread pudding was to die for. One of the best restaurants in Brookhaven for sure.
