The community is beautiful. Everyone is kind and friendly here. I have already told friends, doctors, and more about our experience. I will continue to recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This was a wonderful experience for us! The staff didn't want our loved one to go home, as they really cared for her like family.

The place was smaller so the ratio of staff to residents was appealing to us. Plus, it was less expensive. They are going through a remodel now and I would suggest they buy more towels. There is a shortage. The place hires employees. Not contractors. That is good. However almost all the management has changed since December. Currently, they are having growing pains. They are going through remodeling. They were very friendly. My loved one liked the staff really well, and they were really nice. They treated my loved one very well. The follow-through, and communication was horrible. They need to improve on the communication. I hope to see changes within the community.

We had a positive tour experience with TerraBella Hendersonville. This was actually a facility we were very much so considering. It is bigger so it does not have that same homey feeling you get when you walk into a smaller facility. That ultimately was the reason we went with another place.

TerraBella Hendersonville is like a family environment it does not feel like your typical nursing home. We really like how the living room situation is set up - all the residents can sit in easy chairs just like they could in their own living room. During our loved ones stay the staff were very good to him, and he was a fall risk and they handled him with care. Based on our experience we would recommend them to other families.

I give TerraBella Hendersonville all 5's except for the activities - mom did not engage in any during her stay. It looked like they had plenty to do. She just stayed in her room except for meals, she loved the meals.

The initial presentation was good. On the backend it didn't live up to what they said it would. I would recommend you continue looking at communities, and then go back to TerraBella. The staff communication was good with the family. There would be times that items went missing after being laundered. The bathes were missing more than two or three times. This is a safe clean and affordable community for your loved one. They have activities like karaoke, bingo and more for the residents to do to stay busy.

We liked TerraBella. Something we found odd was that if there were activities or things going on in the facility that was behind it, family would have to come and take their loved ones there, the staff would not take them over there.
