My husband has been a resident at Terra Bella Little Avenue in Charlotte for a few months and this is the first Assisted Living facility where he is actually thriving. He has been in several physical therapy rehab facilities, and always insisted on being discharged back home, even though we could not manage his care, meals, meds, hygiene, toileting, etc. Residents have their own apartment & bathroom w/shower.
