Our tour was great. The facility was beautiful and very clean. We were looking for a little more freedom for my mom to come and go as she pleased.
I would want others to know when looking into Pendleton Manor that everything has been perfect. We have been very happy with the service and care for my mom that they have provided. They treat her like I treat her. She is so happy and so are we. They call me regularly if there is ever any issue whatsoever, they always keep me well informed and we are happy with it. I sleep well at night knowing she is safe here.
We chose Pendleton Manor because the price and we went and toured the facility and I liked what I saw. The staff members were right there whenever he needed them and they were very helpful to me as well. The room sizes here in general were pretty average. The food was very good, I ate here several times. The food was prepared by a chef. I would recommend the facility.
The staff are wonderful at Pendleton. Dad does enjoy participating in some of the outings they offer. The food is good and they do keep the community clean. I would recommend this community.
My tour of this community was a good one. From what I saw everything looked nice. The staff was kind, friendly. The experience went well. There were many factors that played into where to move my mother too for her needs. This is nice community, but it wasn't the one for us.
The staff are so attentive and have lots of activities. They have a good male population that allow smoking if the doctor says it's okay. My dad feels like he is home. They have morning and evening activities like exercising and bingo. At times they go out to eat. It is a smaller and private community and if I request anything it gets done promptly. Things are going absolutely wonderful. I would recommend that place anywhere. She is settling in and has become happier. I cannot express how good they have been to me, her and all of our family members. The people there are just wonderful.
Experience so far with staff has been exceptional. Very pleased with the facility. Very clean all residents seems to be very happy and content. Love the interaction between staff and residents. Great food.
The staff is very warm and caring.
