I live here for over a year and so far I can say that I like my apartment, it is quiet, I have no issues with my neighbors and when I need the maintenance service they are always fast to answer my request and they do a very good job. The social area, pool, gym, games they are good. The administration team changed a lot in the last months, but for sure the turn over is a problem not just here, but in other places as well . Do not recommend. It’s not the worst out there, and all apartments have varying negative areas, but allow me to explain. First, with the pics shown, instead of going through the trouble of coordinating removal (as there are plenty in FL, just like the gators!) they now opt for $10 signs and leave it. Screw your kids and pets. Their staffs leave as fast as can count due to frustrations with their managers and leadership, also resulting in a constant inability to be helped with anything happening. This is the worst of the worst in Santa Rosa; they are a bunch of thieves who charge exorbitant prices for nothing, especially the manager Sandra, or whoever her name is. They treat people differently based on their ethnic group and offer no customer service. Normally, my rent is paid automatically, but due to a glitch in their system, I was charged an additional $200, which they insist I pay now or face eviction! Apartments are pretty nice. But management is absolutely horrendous. I believe management changed two or three times during the six months we lived there, and it was never the same employees working in the office as they had an extremely high Turnover rate. We moved out in September 2023, and have yet to receive our security deposit back like I said the apartments are beautiful and so are the amenities but honestly honestly not worth dealing with management.

DON’T LIVE HERE! Don’t bother renting from these slumlords unless you want your money stolen from you. You won’t get your deposit back. If you go into the office with any type of issue, expect to be gaslighted and lied to each time. They look at you stupid with no answers. The office ladies claim that the deposit and check we have been patiently waiting for has been mailed out to us, yet my husband and I have been waiting for months.
