no cause nobody told me that there was a 15.95 transaction fee charge per lot thats 31.90 want my 800.00 plus 31.90 back. so thats a total of 831.90
We changed our minds on a 2 lot land purchase and they are giving us the runaround as far as getting our $800 refund. When we went in on the 7/27/19, we were told that the refund would be issued immediately and that we should see it no later than Wednesday. Well, here it is Friday 8/2/19 and no refund. We call the office and were told that there was NO RECORD of our refund being issued. So, now we get to wait again to see if our refund is issued.

Yas customer service is horrible and your payment method is worse y'all used to care about your customers we see that's not the case now it's all about money your customers are second in line horrible service I regret being stuck with you I have never been late on a payment until you started your new payment method Josh really reconsider cuz I am going to put you all over social media that you are the most horrible company in Houston area not recommended at all
