Terri Tackett at Stockton Mortgage Company was NON-STRESSFUL!!! She actually communicated with us more than we expected. And sometimes during off hours. We would call her or text her. And she would answer right away. Unless she had another client in her office. Then it would be within an hour. It was never the next day. She explained all the steps very clearly. Terri was absolutely wonderful! She is extremely nice and knowledgeable. She answered every question no matter how complicated or simple. She also communicated every step of the approval process and what to expect. She was somehow able to close on my house in barely 4 weeks time. She was quick to respond to emails and calls and made the process extremely easy and smooth, especially being a first time home buyer. Highly recommend!

As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect through the whole house buying process. Terri made everything easy to follow and helped us throughout the whole process. Not only was she great at her job, but she had a fun since of humor that made buying our house easy and fun! I would recommend anyone looking to buy new home to go through Terri.
