Joe was polite, timely, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Terry’s, I am assuming that they did a good job. The mechanic was here for almost 3 hours.

We are very happy with the service we receive from Terry's. I always ask for a call from the technician once service is completed, rarely do I get that call. Today, Jose called me once service was complete. He went through the list of everything serviced and what he found. His call and thorough review were a breath of fresh air. I wish it was like this with other firms we use. Thanks Jose and Terry's!!

Last winter the furnace stopped working in the home I'm renting. A gentleman by the name of Steve Deuel was able to pinpoint and correct the problem within a few minutes. This is a long overdue thank you. So thank you to Terry's & Mr. Deuel for the excellent service you provide. It is really appreciated.

I don't typically leave Google Reviews, but after going several years with our central AC not working as well at our house, and struggling to keep our house cool on really hot days, I scheduled Terry's to come do a tune-up on it. I am amazed at the difference! The tech cleaned the outside unit, replaced a part that was wearing out, and made sure it was charged to the correct pressure (he said it was overcharged just a bit). We were very pleased with Joe. He came to checkout our humidifier and sold us on a service contract for our HVAC system. Spent the whole afternoon cleaning us up and getting us in shape for winter. Oh yes, and coming back with a new humidifier. We trust that he knows what he’s doing.
