Although we had scheduled a fall maintenance service on our furnace and fireplace, our furnace unexpectedly stopped working one morning. Working with their scheduling representative, we were fortunate to be able to have a service technician arrive in the afternoon. Justin is great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. Gave us a quote at the same time s good visit and based on the professionalism of he and his team, we decided to do our new install with Terry’s.
We are very happy with the service we receive from Terry's. I always ask for a call from the technician once service is completed, rarely do I get that call. Today, Jose called me once service was complete. He went through the list of everything serviced and what he found. His call and thorough review were a breath of fresh air. I don't typically leave Google Reviews, but after going several years with our central AC not working as well at our house, and struggling to keep our house cool on really hot days, I scheduled Terry's to come do a tune-up on it. I am amazed at the difference! The tech cleaned the outside unit, replaced a part that was wearing out, and made sure it was charged to the correct pressure (he said it was overcharged just a bit). Technicians were very professional and considerate. They provided great explanations as to what work was done, what caused the problem and how to avoid it happening again. They also set up a schedule for a yearly call for next year. I was very pleased and impressed with the service provided.
