Samantha was amazing. Samantha was amazing. She was so attentive and tried hard to get the warranty department to cover all of the issues with my new car. The process is exhausting and unnecessary. Although not all items were able to get corrected, I know that she did the best she could, given Nissan’s policies. Samantha is professional, friendly, and very responsive. She is the best service center employee I have worked with.
