Great Salesman Both my salesman Michael Young and Skula Charles were excellent! Very personable, and knowledgeable they spent a lot of time with me and helped me choose the right vehicle that suited my needs. They get 5 stars plus. Only problem I had was after the sale that's why I have not given the dealership 5 stars. Excellent Customer Service Brought my Nissan Juke in for a tire rotation and car wash. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly member of the staff. Everything was taken care of while I bided time in the air-conditioned Customer Lounge. There was complimentary coffee and wifi, so I was able to get some work done and feel productive in the meantime.
Great Service! I had the pleasure once again to come into Grapevine Nissan, where I'm always treated and taken care of. The service manager Mark took great care of needs, and I will forever be greatful. From my experience, this dealership always meets my needs and expectation. Texas Nissan in Grapevine This is my second car that I have bought from Nissan and I am absolutely head over heels for it. I had the pleasure of working with Nathan Eckert. He is the best salesman that I have ever gone to. He knew and more importantly understood my financial situation and he worked with me more than anybody else ever has in the past to get the car of my dreams at a reasonable payment. I would most definitely recommend going here and asking for him if you are looking for a new car.
