Trace McBay was my make ready service tech. Since this was my first dump trailer, I asked him to take it slow and give me the full lesson. He did a fantastic job at teaching me the nuances of how the trailer functioned. Additionally, he was excellent at addressing last minute QC issues. On the outset, I am very pleased to have purchased my trailer from TP and look forward to additional purchase in the future.
