Phone help Very helpful getting me through with the set up of systems. I had to call twice but very patient with me. Great rates
The store room was clean and modern. All the electronic locks worked flawlessly with the app. Autopayment was never a problem and checkout was painless. On the few times I had a question, a nice person, a real person, answered the phone and helped me out. I highly recommend Texas State Storage!
Everything from the beginning was fine and I was very pleased with the service and all the folks I would contact for one reason or another
