Big thanks to Anna ****** and Tahereh who lent us great assistance in responding to the Texas Comptroller for a 4-year look back on Sales and Hotel taxes. Having been in business in Texas for over 25 years we'd always payed really close attention to our tax liabilities. We are an out of state client who discovered a serious compliance issue in Texas with regards to sales and franchise taxes. We have been in Business for 50 Years this year and lucky enough to NOT have had an audit until now. I contacted Texas Tax Group and they set us up with Nick ********. He was very professional, knowledgeable and calm. I say that because we were "freaked out". Nick ******** was exceptional in his handling of this audit during the very stressful covid-19 scare in the US. The programs and data download files were easy to utilize in getting the information to the auditor. Nick's knowledge of the tax law made communication with the auditor seamless and effective.
