Sought help for 20-year TMJ issue after my long-term specialist retired. Dr. Vick’s approach is modern and practicable. He is incredibly attentive and focused on the patient during the visit. Nothing is rushed. Just received my first splint and so far, so good!

My daughters jaw has been locked since thanksgiving. Unfortunately we went through the protocol steps per insurance. First TMJ specialist couldn’t get her any relief till the 20th of Dec. Thankfully getting her in to see Dr. Virk, he didn’t recommend that procedure because 1) she’s too young 2) her situation wasn’t emergent enough 3) the steroids could/would deteriorate her joint. My experience with Dr. Virk and Dr Kuwashima were extremely positive. I was very impressed with their knowledge, experience and bedside manner. They not only helped me with my headaches but also helped to identify my sleep issues and worked with my doctor to manage my sleep apnea. The office staff were very kind, gentle, and took care of me while I was there. I highly recommend their office.
Dr. Virk was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative. He took plenty of time with the examination and answered all my questions. I would certainly recommend him.
