Got to the dealership early for my 10:30 appointment, around 9:45. Alex met us and told me it would be one to one and a half hours for the oil change and service. He told me he would try to rush it through, thirty minutes later they were done. I was very surprised and relieved I didn't have to set at the dealership for a hour and a half. Great work by the Toyota service team.

Took my vehicle in to get fluids and tire pressure checked for going on the road. They said it wouldn't take long, but it took almost 2 hours. I should've just done the work myself.
