The advisors were not giving me the correct information. I felt like I was being scammed for some reason
This is the first time in over 15 yrs. of service I was extremely dissatisfied. I did my own checking on the price of the part before service was done & they were going to charge me 3 times the amount for the part until I called them out on it.
Over filled my engine with oil. Did not replenish the windshield washer fluid.
didn't service anything...
25k inspection. tires were rotated but instead of setting tires psi at 35, they set it between 45 and 49!!! Also power washer fluid was not added as advertised
tire rotation completed but service technician overinflated them between 10 and 15 psi. fluids were not added( had to do it myself )
Went their to go get an oil change, but REFUSED to do so. Saying that the oil doesn't need to be change until it hits it's next 10,000 miles. The owner of the vehicle decides when or when not to get an oil change. Not going again even with a free service.
Got oil everywhere under the body. Terrible job with the cleaning service as well. Never going back.
Texas Toyota provided me with the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They sold me this vehicle, which appeared fine, but then I noticed it leaking & took it back (within a week). They told me it wasn't anything. I took it back AGAIN & they told tell me that there was actually a problem, costing $1500. They were not willing to work with me even though I have had this less than a month!!! The service manager and GM told me it was basically my problem at this point! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
