Gary Alexander was mostly good but I had to resend information numerous times.. Was not overly satisfied with the loan prosessor Janie. The entire refinance took way too long! Was not satisfied with the way the title company Pirma did the closing!!!

Very good team set up the process and it flowed in a very timely way. The on-line site used to post needed documents was easy to use. Most important very good people who are helpful and professional. This was our second time using them and they beat the big on-line companies in response time, quote without having to do too much paperwork, and in time to close.
