Texas Lending solved a problem that stumped 4 other lender. It had to do with the debt/income ratio when buying a property which has not been granted a Texas homestead exemption. Texas Lending took the stance that our d/i ratio would be acceptable once the exemption was granted. They never gave up.

We are first time home buyers with a VA loan and the whole process was super quick and easy. Their entire team is focused on their clients and making sure that the entire process goes smoothly. We had been working with a different company previously and had a lot of difficulties with communication. Texas lending employees communicate very frequently and make sure that the client is aware of every step.
