The process was not that difficult. I like the ability to upload documents and everything visible on one application. The process took a few weeks longer than I expected and there were times when it was difficult to reach someone for answers. The communication should be improved.

This is a great company to work with. Joe Milburn helped me to understand the process every step of the way and was very patient while answering my many questions.
I admit I was skeptical going into a cash out refinance with a dotcom and I was prepared to walk away at the first whiff of anything hinky, but every step of this process reassured me. The agents I dealt with were polite and always responsive to any questions I had. The document upload process was easy and all the terms of my transaction were clearly communicated.
