This was not our first time doing business with Texas Lending. Just as previously they were terrific from start to finish. I'm not sure if there is ANY way they could improve the services provided. The other mortgage companies we have used weren't even close, by half. Terrific, Service, People and Processes.

It took a long time, and so many documents, but we did it. Not happy with your choice of appraisers! He did not consider all the renovations done on the house, and the new subdivision going in a few blocks away. Overall, happy with your service.

This is the second time we used Texas Lending for a refinance. The refinance process was very smooth both times. They took care of everything for us and all we had to do was submit a few documents. The communication was great. Would definitely recommend.

Ken Knight was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about Texas Mortgage laws and rules. He had an option for me that no one else had, and I shopped! He assisted me through the entire process even when his part was complete. He was always available for questions or concerns. It was seamless, all done online and available via phone.
