It was ok it took longer than I thought it would. Hard to get in touch with the persons we were dealing with. Several times left message no return call. Extremely a lot of paper work to sign. Had trouble getting the cash out into my account they had to manually send it

Very easy process. Chris and Kami were great to work with. I have told all my co-workers they should give Texas Lending a call and refinance. Rates are really low.
