All Opportunity’s can't be approached with a cookie cutter implementation. Life often challenge or present obstacles at the inoperable time to delay your process or goals. However, Texas Lending has effective, thorough professionals to help overcome the obstacles that are in their control. Did very good except a couple of things. The paperwork figures were very confusing and costs were more than expected. I personally would have loved to have a realistic idea of what all the costs will be and what the estimated total amount would be during our first conversations. I would have preferred to be surprised by a little less cost than a lot more cost. Not complaining though. Brian was awesome and returned phone calls rapidly. When I did ask questions he had answers or would find the answer. Thank You, Tom Hook
