Jairo was great to work with. He was always available when I called as I called many times to ask questions! Jairo spent the time to walk me through the process and really explained the expectations thoroughly. He was honest and up front with everything! Tim provided us with great customer service. Through the process, my wife and I had so many questions as it this was our first home buy. Tim was patient and diligent to answer all our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. We were expecting to have to pay for two appraisals and also that our closing costs were going to be high. Tim went to bat by working some things so that we didn't have to do a second appraisal.
