The team done a great job, I think they may be a little understaffed therefore we struggled slightly with communication. With that being said, when we would connect the team was very good at helping us understand what was going on. Would use Texas lending again!!

Needed to do a cash-out refinance while the interest rates were low and heard good things about Texas Lending. The entire process took around 60 days from initial contact to final closing. Not too bad considering minimal staffing, pandemic criteria, and the housing boom here in North Texas.
