Everyone seemed friendly. The process was easy. I did think that when I e-signed everything, that I wouldn’t see those papers again, but had to sign most of the same papers with the notary. At the final signing with the notary, we met at a building that was reasonably located. However, when we were told to be there at 12:30, the admin was out to lunch. The team done a great job, I think they may be a little understaffed therefore we struggled slightly with communication. With that being said, when we would connect the team was very good at helping us understand what was going on. Would use Texas lending again!!
