My refinancing experience with Texas Lending was outstanding! I got a great rate on my VA 30 yr loan and the process was wrapped up in about 3 weeks. Everything was easily completed online and they came to my office to sign documents at the end. Highly recommend Gary and the TL team if you are looking to refinance your home.

This was our second refi in a little over one year. Because Texas Lending had the majority of our personal information the process was seamless. The portal is a great tool for uploading was so simple even this “boomer” was able to transfer all the required documents without any issues.

Everything went fine except at signing. We were expecting a title company to walk us through the loan signing. We had a few questions during signing. The only person attending the signing was the notary.
