Wes Cohen was great, he got us closed in weeks, and with no issues whatsoever. Wes kept me informed, and moved quickly to secure my rate. Wes also followed up and kept us informed throughout the process from application to funding. Whenever I need another home loan or refinance, Texas Lending and Wes will always be my first call!

Wes Cohen at Texas Lending is a wonderful guy. The way he confidently walked us through the process was nothing short of amazing. 1 phone call to him and the next day my wife and I were shopping for houses. We were stunned by how easy he made this. We had tight constraints, but he accommodated us at every turn. Don’t buy a house until you have spoken with him.
