RecommendedI had a motor rebuilt on my 2008 Jeep Commander and so far my vehicle is running great! Just after I got it back I drove it from Houston to St Louis and had no issues. The team at Texon were fair and professional and the work was reasonably priced.
RecommendedI had a motor replaced here in 82 that lasted for years. When it came time to have my sons motor replaced, this is who I called. Excellent service. It did take a week longer than quoted but it was worth it. If I ever need another motor replaced this is who I will call.
Bad services do not recommend them look for some other shops that give you more warranty then clay I had to get rework after and clay did not want to cover it

Worst place ever been to, I had a feeling but read reviews and went for it, for my motor pay more than 8k to get a new motor.But sadly to make story short they connected a transmission with the wrong part and it leak out all my transmission oil he said I can go to court or whatever he is not fixing he said he is NOT a transmission business yet in the description said they transmission repairs. Texon Motor Center is worst shop you can take your automobile to get it repaired. They are short on help in the shop there, so that make them sloppy on repairs. I spent 7400.00 dollars on a brand new engine at the place and it’s been nothing but a disaster dealing with this place when it come items that they disassembled and carelessly put back on my car. The engine was installed 9 months ago you had a problem and attempted to repair it yourself, after you disabled the car and could not complete repairs you called me claiming we broke the bolt. I offered to help you with the broken bolt even though I have serious doubts that we had anything to do with it, but that wasn't enough you wanted it towed in for free and me to re-assemble the parts that you had removed.
