He is an amazing doctor and helped my wife with her emergency surgery, after that he became my wives new OBGYN Dr. The problem now is that he was with Dr. Teys office and all of a sudden stopped working with him. If anyone knows where he is a new locations or his own new office we would really appreciate to know his new location.
Amazing doctor! He is the on call doctor for my doctor but I liked him so so so much more! He delivered my baby and just made me feel so comfortable throughout the last weeks of my pregnancy and delivery. I will definitely be choosing him as my primary obgyn!!

Switched at 37 weeks to Dr Lugo., due to a horrible experience with my previous doctor. He even made me a same day appointment. Although I've only seen him once. I highly recommend him!! He listened to all my concerns, didn't rush our time, he has put my mind at easy. I'm very excited to have a Dr who understands, listens and take his time with his patients. I know my baby and self are in AMAZING hands with him.

Hand down a very nice doctor! I was really nervous about changing doctors so late in my pregnancy but he put my husbands and my mind at ease ! Really a caring doctor . His nurse was also really nice answered all my questions.
Professional, knowledgeable, and very Polite!! On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say he is a solid 11 all around. I feel truly blessed to have chosen Dr. Lugo ,he provides superior quality service in the area of woman's wellness.
Did not rush me when I had many, many questions. Very kind and professional.
