The worst! Office staff is rude! Especially the little chunky white complected one at the window. She so ugly attitude wise. They never answer the phones. Walk in time are 8-9. They will tell you to go to the emergency room, for the sake of not applying themself to the job they applied for. Look for another doctor! Oh and to add Candy and Diana they are about the only nice ones there ❤️ definitely deserve to work else where better!
The only reason I come to this office is because Dr. Tey is an amazing, professional, and caring doctor and he helped me conceive. Elana is great as well. The staff at the front desk are beyond rude and always look like they don’t want to be here. They don’t even greet you when you come to the window. The only staff that is friendly is Dr. Tey’s assistant and the phlebotomists. I was already scared of having a male doctor and uncomfortable. He was polite during the pregnancy check ups but when it came to the birth (natural) he STITCHED ME UP MORE THAN HE HAD TO. It didn’t even heal properly and he okayed “normal activities” TWO WEEKS after I gave birth. I had a woman Dr check me for my 6 wks check up and she also said everything was good. It’s not good. The scarring is all wrong and I have an extra opening where he stitched up. There is so much discomfort 😣
Dr. Tey is a very empathetic and caring doctor. He has been my obgyn for years and has always treated me with respect and love. I thank God I found him when I did. His staff is super efficient and also very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Alejandro Tey.
For being my first time patient in this office it was great employees are very nice and understanding and the pa very open in listening for my concerns definitely appreciate their service
