It was easy.
This was a gift for my adult son, and he likes the product very much. He plans to wear the Golf Sun Hat on work days when it is hot and when he must inspect the exteriors of real estate properties.

Just that it is too soon to tell, I don't travel for another week, so then I can test the travel bag, but it looks ok. The rain gloves are something that I have had before, so I know they are fine. You guys do a nice job, as many do. Not sure why everybody needs surveys to figure out what customer service is.
My item shipped 2nd day FedEx but it took over a week to get it. However it was not TGW at fault but all fault was FedEx.
