Exchange policy was a little confusing. I had to return several items and I thought I was supposed to send back items, describe items to be returned and exchanged and wait for an email to work out the exchange. “You return the items and pay for re-order items while you wait for a refund of items returned.”
My wife loved her new golf cart. Can't wait for the snow to melt so she can try it out! The cart is of high quality, was very easy to assemble, and was delivered on-time.
