The online description didn’t match the product description (which was what I wanted!) Took my chances and ordered. Got what I wanted! No shipment in 4 days post order for an in stock product. Checked with customer service, and surprise, surprise, it was shipped the next morning. Really shouldn’t be the squeaky wheel that gets the oil.

The shirt I purchased is way too big: too long in the sleeves and too long in general. I tried to shrink it in the washer/dryer so did not attempt to return. I'll use it as a lounge shirt but not on the golf course. This was my first experience with TGW branded clothing and will likely be my last. Shoes I ordered were footjoy so I knew what I was getting with those. I didn't need the items right away but just so you know, your shipping time was slower than your competitors.
