Great customer service. Easy transaction. Good value. Don’t need much else.
My only possible issue, which is certainly out of TGW’s control is when something is being ordered/shipped from manufacturer. In that case it is impossible to get est. date of shipping or tracking. Once it does ship then it’s fine and includes tracking #’s. But when it’s behind schedule, no updates are provided. A call must be made to get this info.
Looking forward to being a 2023 customer of TGW.
