Quick delivery, great selection and prices
Great customer service. Easy transaction. Good value. Don’t need much else.
My only possible issue, which is certainly out of TGW’s control is when something is being ordered/shipped from manufacturer. In that case it is impossible to get est. date of shipping or tracking. Once it does ship then it’s fine and includes tracking #’s. But when it’s behind schedule, no updates are provided. A call must be made to get this info.
I would like to see more colors on product lines than what you currently show, i.e. yellow, gold, purple, turquoise, orange, salmon, etc.
Looking forward to being a 2023 customer of TGW.
