The package delivery service tracking system erroneously indicated the package had been delivered, creating concern on my part. A few days later, you sent an email showing a later delivery date, which turned out to be correct.
I purchased the Dorfman wide brim hat at the suggestion of my Dermatologist. He is a golfer too and he loves his!

The "don't know" and "5" rating on delivery status are strictly because the tracking information was inconsistent and unclear.
My call was about a manufacturer warranty. The salesperson at TGW was kind and knowledgeable. My issue was quickly (and I mean quickly) resolved. I couldn’t believe it. Ben the postage to return was paid. Amazing!
