It took 10 days to get my order from Wichita to San Francisco. Slow. And you kept moving the expected arrival date. Then you delivered it a day before (without notice) it was expected so I wasn’t home to received it. You need to fix the delivery process but otherwise very satisfied.
Fast shipping. Bag was just as described. It went on sale 2 days after I purchaed it. I emailed customer support and they responded by telling me they have issued a refund for the difference. Doesn't get much better than that
TGW has a great selection at great prices. Fed Ex delivered my club late. It went 2 states further east, and then came back. It took 8 days to deliver my club, when normally it takes 4. It has been this way my last 2 orders. This is not TGW's fault.
order was 1 day late from expected delivery date, but not that bad as every 1 is still ordering a lot of items om line. just have to replace the grip on the putter, because I have been using the bigger grips on my putters for quite some time now. Putted really well the 1st day with that skinny grip anyway. Will have a bigger grip Tuesday for league. very good job thank you Oral Olson Cottonwood, Arizona
