For a folding 4-wheel golf push cart, I would suggest to TGW to offer a generically sized pair of bags with draw strings and toggle lock closures that would fit over the front and back wheels , one for each side, of the collapsed cart. Generic size to avoid the problem of minor differences between push cart brands and wheel sizes; draw strings to avoid wheel cover types that are a tight stretch.
