I purchased a Players 3-Wheel push cart. After assembly the front wheel assembly will not stay engaged when pulling the front wheel out and rotating the front wheel. The customer service reps only solution was to return the item. I am not interested in the hassle of returning the item. I doubt the issue will cause any problems. Although disappointed, I will simply not bother rotating the front wheel when folding the cart.

The item ordered was a gift so timeliness of delivery was was important. The tracking was poor however the order did arrive on time and the item is good quality. Overall, I will order from TGW again as this was my first purchase
