Was very pleasantly surprised with the entire transaction and the efficiency of your operation.
I ordered the Martini cocktail shaker filled with tees. The photo showed it as MUCH BIGGER than the real item (there was no context for size). The photo implied it was the size of a real cocktail shaker and it was miniature. I almost returned it but decided not to. (I hadn't noticed if dimensions were given in the description.)
Contacted customer service as the item I had purchased went on sale 2 days later. Customer service was able to give me the sale price for the item I ordered which was great. Also upgraded my order to two day delivery. However the item was delayed due to delivery back ups because of weather issues in other states.
The order came about one week ahead of schedule
I ordered Ecco golf shoes advertised as Men’s, but they were size 39 and that is my size in Women’s Ecco. They are a perfect fit, and I liked the color (Navy) better than any women’s choices I have seen! Great idea to have some gender neutral choices!
